Communicare is dedicated to supporting children, and their families to improve their communication, language, and speech development, as well as support mealtimes to support their independence and participation in meaningful daily activities.

Assessment and intervention are delivered in collaboration with the child’s primary caregivers, utilising a parent coaching and consultation model to achieve the best possible outcomes for the child.

Our fees are set in accordance with the current NDIS Price Guide.

Initial Consultation – $193.99/hour

 

  • Duration: 1–1.5 hours (dependent on your child’s needs)
  • Delivery: Telehealth only
  • Includes:
    • Optional online pre-appointment questionnaires
    • Formal & informal assessment tailored to your child
    • In-depth discussion of your concerns, strengths, and development

 

Initial Assessment – $193.99/hour

 

  • Duration: 60 min + 10 min documentation
  • Delivery: In-home or Telehealth
  • Includes:
    • Observation of your child
    • Goal setting and therapy plan

 

Assessment / NDIS Review Reports – $193.99/hour

 

  • Duration: 2–4 hours (quotation prior to billing)

  • Delivery: PDF via email after payment

  • Uses:

    • NDIS plan reviews
    • Support for paediatrician, childcare, or school readiness

 

 

Therapy Sessions – $193.99/hour

 

  • Duration: 60 min + 10 min documentation
  • Delivery: In-home, Telehealth, or childcare
  • Includes:
    • Child + caregiver sessions or caregiver coaching
    • Ongoing review of goals & strategies
    • Liaison with other professionals

 

Resource Development – $193.99/hou

 

  • Duration: 10-minute increments (quotation prior to billing)
  • Includes:
    • Visual routine schedules
    • Social stories
    • Educational resources for caregivers

 

Equipment Assessment & Prescription – $193.99/hour

 

  • Duration: Time depends on complexity
  • Delivery: Home, childcare, or school

  • Includes:

    • Assessment of needs and equipment options

    • Liaison with suppliers and stakeholders

    • Assistive Technology (AT) applications for NDIS

    • Set-up and caregiver training
